We go in search of adventure, in our 4x4 vehicles we leave from the city of Esquel towards Cerro La Torta, after touring part of the Los Alerces National Park, we enter a ranch
heading to our final destination.

Among the tracks of old carts that carried firewood from the forest, we ascend through lenga forests, watering holes, we wade through mountain streams, and the view from the heights towards the National Park and Laguna Larga becomes increasingly attractive.

After an hour of ascending by vehicle, we reached the highest point where we found forest. We left the vehicles and began the trek along the Irigoyen Stream, an incredible landscape around us, the feeling of total peace that this wonderful place imposes on us. After approximately an hour, we came across a spectacular waterfall and below it the long-awaited and incredible ice tunnels.

We recommend that those participating in this hike be over 10 years old and in good physical condition, as it is approximately an hour's climb up the mountain.
