Description of the excursion
We begin the tour in the city center, visiting the Sundial in Plaza San Martin, School No. 76, the oldest school in the city, and the first general store.
We then set off for the La Hoya Mountain Activities Center, 13 km from the town of Esquel. Along the way, we'll stop at various vantage points to appreciate the spectacular mountain valleys, the La Zeta and Caradog lagoons, and the various mountain ranges of the Patagonian Andes from above. One of these points is the viewpoint with the Esquel sign, where we'll stop to take a wonderful picture.
We continue toward the Laguna La Zeta Urban Nature Reserve along an uphill path from where we can appreciate excellent views of the city of Esquel, a place of great biodiversity with the possibility of spotting species of the region's birdlife.
