Description of the excursion

Leaving Esquel in the morning, our vehicle will pick you up from your accommodation to begin the journey to one of the most charming ski resorts in Argentina.

The short journey itself deserves special attention: the curves leading to our destination reveal a splendid landscape, and for photography enthusiasts, there's an ideal viewpoint to capture a picture-perfect moment! Once we arrive, we'll encounter a very special type of snow: powder snow (ideal for winter sports), and we'll understand why the place was named "La Hoya," a name that truly honors the region's beauty.

We'll take a short break to acclimatize to the weather, put on our snow gear, and prepare to board the ski lifts, which will allow us to enjoy a few minutes soaring above and admiring the unique beauty of the mountain. The most anticipated moment of the day finally arrives: an exquisite lunch at the sophisticated El Zorro restaurant, recognized as one of the most prestigious in the area. Located at an altitude of 1,600 meters, it offers a varied mountain menu that combines warm and comforting dishes. The menu includes local specialties and options for all tastes: highlights include the typical Patagonian lamb goulash and delicious risottos (such as the pumpkin risotto), as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options. The return trip offers panoramic views of Esquel and, of course, the possibility of spotting some of the region's wildlife.
